Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority welcomes you to the Web-based Allottee Accounts System for Allottees under various Plot Categories (viz. Residential, Commercial, Institutional, Industrial, Group Housing, Builder's Schemes and 6% Abadi).

Registration is mandatory to continue using this website.

Only authenticated users who provide their Allotment Number and Plot Number or Form Number will be able to see relevant links, pages and account related information. This information is available in the Allotment Letter provided to you at the time of allotment.

Users may please note that the Web based Allottee Accounts System is being launched for the facility of the Allottees under various Plot Categories as a "TRIAL VERSION" and more features will be added over time. We look forward to receive your valuable feedback and comments.

The Allottee Account Database is updated regularly. Account holders under various Plot Categories (viz. Residential, Commercial, Institutional, Industrial, Group Housing, Builder's Schemes and 6% Abadi) may please note that due to banking processes involving deposits and clearing of banking instruments, updation of data in the system may take 3 to 21 days. You are requested to keep in mind the procedural time taken while reviewing your account.
